I see a mayor problem here
1st we should think about this...the main idea and pre story is based on an Anime (which is already set the AND is the point of your discussion), you can't change the story of the Anime just let us step away from it...which would mean you would have to rewrite/create the whole pre story
2nd since this is a fantasy game there is no need for reality..i mean put aside the super sayan in Space date...the date itself and the mega playboy abilities.
3rd if you remember right Karin fails to change the future but rather forces the events for her future to come. there never is a proof that the mega Playboy DNA of Junta/ the MC awakes in the future without the DCM
hence a discussion about an alternate universe is unnecesary.
the 100 kids that the MC creates isn't with 5 girls...it is said that the mega Playboy had children with around 100 women not (actually he has 101 children in the Anime's future)
