Stuff for Kotomi. First, the material salvaged from the "Phoenix Style Endings" thread (minor edits for clarity):

First, will there be a bad ending for every girl to parallel the good? That sounds like alot to code. Also, I might suggest changing it from suicide to something else (homeless-ness? generic "failure") since that seems more along the lines of Tomoko and would avoid repetition.

As far as the "meat" of this, the training montage and subsequent tickle game, it seems like they are planned out relatively well. I know I'm guilty of trying too hard to over expand the school (and I still have a few ideas for expansion), however, I think a valid way of adding the gym without physically changing the map is on Tuesdays--if you talk to Kotomi--either the Ask or Date option should change to "Gym Training" which would cause an additional 45EN (20EN base for talking + 45EN training = 65EN total to prevent blazing through the whole routine in one day). The player would be able to do this once a week barring any holidays that might be built in. A flag should be placed in the code to prevent Ryuji from talking to Kotomi on Tuesdays (and thus preventing your training). We could put in a prescripted Ryuji confrontation on one of the Tuesdays to add to the plot.

Kotomi. From the Magna/Anime, Katomi wants to join the National Athletic squad. To do this she needs to have the best routine, be confident in that routine and have the confidence in frount of the panel of selectors.
This is what I propose. Every Tuesday, Katomi practices her routine in the gym. You volenteer to be her coach. Every time you attend her training sesions, she adds another move onto her routine. To do this though, she needs to know the theory and be shown how. So you will need to have the required intelligence to teach her the theory, and the required strength to show her the move personally, and help her through it. There are 5 moves to her routine that she needs to learn.
First Move: Straddle jump. 40 Strength and 40 Intelligence
Second Move: Forward Somersault. 85 Strength and 85 Intelligence
Third Move: Double Backward Somersault. 135 Strength and 135 Intelligence
Fourth Move: Foward Flip Chain. 190 Strength and 190 Intelligence
Fifth Move: Triple Somersault with split finish and present. 250 Strength and 250 Intelligence.
You then must complete the feather minigame so she has confidence in front of the panel of selectors.
As of now, the feather minigame is not complete, so here is what I propose. I'm thinking something along the lines of where you rub her sensative spots with the feather until she farts. The number of feather strokes you used to acheive this would be recorded. Your goal is to push that number higher and higher to something round about 100-200 clicks, and then she wil feel confident enough to not fart. Only clicks (strokes) in the correct area will count, we dont want people cheating. Should we say higher charm, the less attempts required?
If these are both complete, you will take her to the prom, and on day 100, after a final run through of the routine, (you will have to calm her down by saying the right things to her) she will perform the routine flawlessly, and join the team with you as her coach.
If you are not her lover come prom, then she will not choose you as her coach, and from that you enter a negative spiral of depression, going from girl to girl to console your broken heart... Negative Mega Playboy.
If you do not finish the routine or do not finish the feather minigame, then she farts during the finals or fails her routine and messes up her chance to join the squad. Unfortunately, since Kotomi is very sensitive, she is hurt dearly when she is ridiculed by everyone in the audience. This forces Kotomi to first quit her team. At the start of the next day, an event shows up and shows police and ambulance cars outside. You are about to leave for school when you notice a ribbon on the ground. You pick it up and realize that it belongs to Kotomi. Unfortunately, when you look at the body that is covered up, you see that it is Kotomi, who had committed suicide shortly after the finals.

At tryouts she injures herself (thus the leg in cast picture) and can't go anyway. However, you breakup since you weren't supportive.
